I have never heard of ‘The biscuit baron’ What is it all about?

As biscuit lovers we were on a mission to try biscuits from around the world. We wanted to create a monthly box which would allow us to share our passion for biscuits with others. 

What do you get in each box?

Each months box includes:

  • Shipped to you on the 15th of each month
  • FREE shipping to the UK
  • FREE Cancellation before the 14th of each month
  • Your subscription will automatically renew so all you have to do is sit back and put the kettle on

Our Biscuit Baron Box makes the perfect gift for the biscuit lovers in your life. It’s really simple to gift a box or a subscription, all you need to do is select the ‘Is this a gift’ button at check out and select how long you would like to gift a box for. You have the option of selecting 1,3,6 or 12 months or just leave it rolling till you decide to cancel.  However long you decide to gift for, you can guarantee that you will make someone very happy!

How much does it cost for delivery?

Delivery is completely free of charge for customers in the UK and is sent by Royal Mail
 
I am so excited for my first subscription box! How long do I have to wait?

If you have signed up before the 14th of the month, we will aim to have your box shipped to you by the 15th. For example if you order on the 13th of June, we will ship your box on the 15th of June. You should receive your box within 2-3 working days. 

If you have signed up after the 14th it will be the 15th of the following month before you receive your package. For example if you order on the 16th of June, we will ship your box on the 15th of July. 

Don't want to wait that long? Why not order one of our previous boxes while you are waiting on your subscription getting delivered. You can do so here 

Occasionally we may not be able to ship on the 15th but will aim to have your box out to you within 7 working days at the latest. Don't worry we will email you to let you know if there is going to be a delay! 

If you have ordered a past box from our store, you should receive your box in 2-3 working days

Where do you deliver to?

At the moment we only deliver to the UK .

How do I change my delivery address?

    1. Log in on thebiscuitbaron.com with your username and password
    2. Select the 'Address' tab
    3. Amend Details
    4. Select the 'Save Address' button

What happens if I don't receive my box?


Sometimes boxes may get delayed or things may go wrong with the post. If you have not received your box in 2-3 working days from the 15th if ordering a subscription box or from when you ordered one of the boxes from our store, get in touch at [email protected] and we will be happy to help. 

_____BILLING__________


When will I be charged for my monthly subscription box?

You will be charged for your first box instantly when you sign up for your first box and then charged automatically on the 1st of each month for all future boxes. Your payments will continuously renew unless you cancel your subscription. 

If you order one of our previous boxes you will be charged instantly when you order your box but no future payments will be deducted.


How do I change my payment info?

  1. Log in on thebiscuitbaron.com with your username and password
  2. Select the 'Billing' link
  3. Select 'Input my new card details'
  4. Enter details and select 'Update Card'

How do I cancel my subscription?

  1. Log in on thebiscuitbaron.com with your username and password
  2. Select the 'Cancel' link
  3. When promoted select 'Proceed'

Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately once a box has been shipped we can not offer a refund due to the perishable nature of the product but if something has went wrong, get in touch with us at [email protected] and we will try to put it right

Some of my items were damaged or missing on arrival. What should I do?

Get in touch with our team at [email protected] and we will do what we can to put it right again.


Im allergic to certain food stuffs, will the biscuits in the box be suitable for me?

Each biscuit comes with information on their ingredients but unfortunately as we are buying from many different manufacturers overseas we can not guarantee that the products will be allergen free.
